Gulf Pearl Tower lies in the Nahdaa area in Sharjah. It is near by some of the shopping centers; as Sahary, Anssar mall, Al Taaown, Al Safier mall and the sales center; also it is near by Dubai, Emirates street, the unity street and the circle road of Sharjah, this makes the reach of any place in the Emirates is easy, especially that the project profits from a developed modern network of neighbor roads and bridges, which saves time and effort.

The tower consists of 3 contacted buildings, every building has its own entrance and it consists of a ground floor, 5 floors as car parks with the capacity of parking 212 cars.
